(www.MaritimeCyprus.com) OCIMF has released their Vessel Inspection Questionnaires Nr. 7 which was on announced some time ago. This is their first revision after the last major revision in year 2013.
Its very much evident that the guidance notes are quite detailed in this version of VIQ. Chapter 10 in VIQ 6 has been merged with other chapter and so now “Communication” is not there.
Further few observations:
- Structure has changed to 12 chapters.
- There is reduction in number of questions.
- New questions added w.r.t BWM and Cyber security etc.
