Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Develop market share / turnover in accordance to commercial strategy
- Identify the commercial market opportunities
- Promote CMA CGM Support Group Services and Value added Services (VAS)
- Plan and conduct commercial visits
- Participate in establishing the Commercial actions plan and ensure the right customer's segmentation is selected in his area
- Update commercial data and customer feedback in the information system including complaint
- Manage portfolio of customers
- Carry out sales leads research
- Telephone canvassing
- Collect and structure information about clients
- Coordinate Special Cargo Activities
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
- Minimum three (3) years’ related in Sales
- Minimum two (2) years’ industry experience
- MS Office proficient
Certifications and Licenses:
Valid driver’s license
