A well established and rapidly growing company in Maritime Shipping sector is looking to hire a bright and ambitious Russian Speaking Executive Assistant to CEO. The job is based in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

-Support CEO at meetings, translation and interpreting

-Draft meeting notes and documents for CEO

-Social media support

-Basic HR and employment contracts

-Managing relationships externally on behalf of CEO with corporate legal advisors, auditors, bankers etc.

-Internal communication with overseas offices of the company

-Administration duties: invoicing, expenses, equipment ordering

-Support in running office in the absence of the boss

-Secretarial support when needed

-Basic bookkeeping when needed

-Mostly standard working hours

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Business related studies

-Native Russian and C2 English is a must

-2-5 years of relevant experience is essential

-Experience in administrative coordination, HR or recruiting, basic Social -Media Marketing

-Basic knowledge of Corporate Law

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Proficient in Microsoft Office
