- English Literate
- Excellent use of MS Office 365 & OPS
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Handling administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Keeping the project running smoothly.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Managing deadlines and workflow.
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Ensuring that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
