Fameline Holding Group is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to join their team in Limassol.

Qualifications:

  • Min 5 years’ experience in similar position.
  • Degree in Business or Management will be considered as an advantage.

Key duties/ Responsibilities:

  • To support and act as the assistant of the General Manager.
  • To schedule meetings and appointments
  • To provide general support to visitors
  • To assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • To liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning services. etc
  • To partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • To organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • To maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • To organize office operations and procedures
  • To maintain and update companies material (printed and digital) website and social media accounts with content such as new services, principals, participation at exhibitions and press releases.
  • To prepare required material and briefs to order any job from third parties.
  • To assist in all official Seminars and Presentations
  • To collaborate with other members of the group and assist whenever needed
  • To organise meetings and take minutes as appropriate
