Fameline Holding Group is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to join their team in Limassol.

Qualifications:
- Min 5 years’ experience in similar position.
- Degree in Business or Management will be considered as an advantage.
Key duties/ Responsibilities:
- To support and act as the assistant of the General Manager.
- To schedule meetings and appointments
- To provide general support to visitors
- To assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- To liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning services. etc
- To partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- To organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- To maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- To organize office operations and procedures
- To maintain and update companies material (printed and digital) website and social media accounts with content such as new services, principals, participation at exhibitions and press releases.
- To prepare required material and briefs to order any job from third parties.
- To assist in all official Seminars and Presentations
- To collaborate with other members of the group and assist whenever needed
- To organise meetings and take minutes as appropriate
