V.Ships is looking for a Crew Coordinator (Vessel) to be responsible for the crew changes and the realisation of the rotation plan of the assigned fleet.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years relevant experience of working in the Crew department of a marine management company.
- Good communication (oral and written English) skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with people at all levels.
- Awareness and understanding of cultural and diversity issues.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
