Job Position Summary
- The successful candidate will assist the team on all the accounting administration factors related to invoices and Accounts Payable
Responsibilities:
- Cash Calls preparations
- Ledger Reconciliations
- Supporting vouchers preparations
- Portage bills posting
- Documents uploaded in various platforms
- Various other tasks based on the requirements of the department
Requirements:
- Previous working experience will be considered as an advantage
- Diploma in Accounting or LCCI higher certificate
- Accounts Payable and ERP Knowledge will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Fluent in written and spoken English
