Job Position Summary

  • The successful candidate will assist the team on all the accounting administration factors related to invoices and Accounts Payable

Responsibilities:

  • Cash Calls preparations
  • Ledger Reconciliations
  • Supporting vouchers preparations
  • Portage bills posting
  • Documents uploaded in various platforms
  • Various other tasks based on the requirements of the department

Requirements:

  • Previous working experience will be considered as an advantage
  • Diploma in Accounting or LCCI higher certificate
  • Accounts Payable and ERP Knowledge will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
