Intership Navigation is recruiting for a Personnel Superintendent.

Requirements:

• Have minimum 2 years of work experience as a Crewing Superintendent (Tanker experience)
• Have seagoing experience on Tankers as a Deck or Engineering Officer, or a University Degree will be considered as an advantage
• Have the ability to perform well under pressure
• Have strong team spirit, communicative and open-minded personality
• Have fluency in the English language; oral and written
• Have fluency in the German language; oral and written would be considered as an advantage
• Be computer literate with office computer applications
• The position includes business trips (also in short notice)
