- Strong Academic credentials or sailed to Chief Engineer.
- Extensive knowledge of integrated management systems, PMS Systems.
- Strong experience in D/D specification preparations & budgeting, Class Surveys, and other 3rd party inspections.
- Strong People Management skills.
