OneLearn Global (OLG) is looking for a Sales Executive to join us in our journey to take deliver best-in-class learning solutions to our customers in the Maritime industry. OLG’s unique service offering brings next-gen human capital development capabilities to the industry. As such the Sales Executive will need to be comfortable being the bridge between industry and technology.

The ideal candidate would have had prior experience selling technology solutions (either hardware, software or services) in the Maritime Sector. You will work with a team of solutions specialists and customer success managers to identify and develop solutions in the sales stages.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales goals
  • Research prospects and generate leads
  • Contact potential and existing customers – elaborate on product and services
  • Manage customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals
  • Provide regular updates to management about sales pipeline

What you must have:

  • Experience with enterprise sales; both hunting and farming
  • Exposure to the maritime industry; you must be familiar with the working of the industry
  • Prior core experience with technology sales (hardware, software, or services)
  • Prior experience with enterprise sales (at least 3 years)

What you would ideally have:

  • Experience selling SAAS solutions in the Maritime Industry
  • Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Experience working with a pan-global sales base
  • Experience in the learning domain

Qualifications:

  • University (or other similar/equivalent academic institution) graduate with Business studies, Maritime Studies, Computer Science, or any other related field
  • Previous experience in a similar position in the shipping industry is a prerequisite (at least 3 years)
  • Excellent Sales Skills
  • Excellent command of the English languages, both written and verbal
  • Excellent computer skills

  • Readiness to work extra hours if needed

A remuneration package is offered to the successful candidate including 13th salary and provident fund at 6% after the probation period.
