MIE Group Ltd invites candidates to apply for the position of Customer Support Officer for their department in Limassol, Cyprus.
Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:
- Business-related studies or Shipping studies
- Computer literate
- Excellent Customer services skills
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Able to work within a team and under pressure
- Readiness to work extra hours if needed
- Time management skills
- Any previous experience in a similar position or in shipping will be an advantage
Main Responsibilities:
- To receive inquiries through various media.
- To process these inquiries from through to invoice stage.
- Creation and control of all manual filing systems and all relevant office paperwork.
- Responsible for the execution and implementation of the complete flow of operations.
A remuneration package is offered to the successful candidate including 13th and 14th salary and 3% provident fund after the 6th month of probation period.
