Senior trade representative
Main Responsibilities
- Communication and negotiation with line principals and agents regarding freights and freight-related issues.
- Engaged to achieve and exceed commercial Targets.
- Inspect and follow all freight list of line and pricelists of company.
- Support the commercial department in all activities related to pricing.
- Empathize in customer needs and in the existing services of the company.
- Create market analysis in order to implement the specified marketing and sales policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in shipping agency or logistics and transportation sector.
- BSc in business/shipping Studies from reputable universities, Master’s degree would be an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Excellent use of software applications, such as CRM, ERP office.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivational skills.
- Ability to build relations.
- Market research methods and analysis.
- Networking.
- Attention to detail.
- Consistency in deadlines.
