Marinecare is currently looking to recruit a Global Operations Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a container interchange broker service for bookings, to an allocated list of clients
Dealing with customer-related problems regarding the above - Liaising with other team members clients and covering in another team members absence
- Dealing with any out-of-hours (emergency) issues
- Dealing with issues relating to Contracts and agreements
Requirements:
- University graduate in Shipping/Business related field
- 2-3 years prior industry/shipping experience
- Flexible and adaptive personality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
- Readiness to work out of hours/deal with issues on the go
- Prior Sales / Customer service experience will be considered as an added advantage
