Role Responsibilities:
- Processes the Crew and prepares them to join the Clients’ Vessels
- Issues the Crew Employment contracts
- Arranges the issue of all necessary flag state documents of Crew
- Arranges the visas and the transportation of Crew to and from the Vessels
- Administers the Crew payroll and issues the monthly wages accounts
- Arranges the payment of Crew allotments and final wages
- Deals with cases of illness or accident of crew
- Arranges Crew training as and when required
- Ensures that the Crew is properly evaluated
- Arranges Cash for Master
- Updates the Crewing System and filing system
- Carries out any other duties and tasks as assigned by Management
Qualifications:
- Candidate must speak fluent English.
- Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Very good communication and organisation skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Responsible, reliable, trustworthy, and honest.
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task.
- Willing to be disturbed and work out of normal office hours when necessary.
