- Arrangements for crew changes including transportation, accommodation, immigration documentation, etc
- Writing and preparing Visas, Letters of Invitation, Ok-to-Board, Liability Bonds, etc
- Working closely with customers, colleagues, and third parties to ensure smooth operations
- Data entry and database updates
- Assisting the operations team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Crewing
- Professional level of English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Work effectively and independently
- You are a good team player and willing to enhance your skills
