NAVKRATIS LTD is dealing with the supply of equipment, spare parts and repair services to commercial vessels that operate worldwide.
We are seeking to hire a Sales & Procurement Coordinator.
Job Requirements:
- Experience of at least 3 years in customer support and/or procurement within the shipping industry
- Excellent oral and written communication in English is a must
- Multitasking, time management, problem-solving and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Acknowledging, registering and processing customers’ inquiries for spare parts, equipment and repair services for ships
- Obtaining, checking and submitting offers to customers
- Processing orders ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products, spare parts or services
- Creating and sending invoices to customers
- Handling complaints and ensuring customers’ satisfaction
- Collecting and analyzing customers feedback
- Providing proactive customer outreach
- Providing administration and operational support to the Sales Team
