NAVKRATIS LTD is dealing with the supply of equipment, spare parts and repair services to commercial vessels that operate worldwide.

We are seeking to hire a Sales & Procurement Coordinator.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience of at least 3 years in customer support and/or procurement within the shipping industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English is a must
  • Multitasking, time management, problem-solving and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledging, registering and processing customers’ inquiries for spare parts, equipment and repair services for ships
  • Obtaining, checking and submitting offers to customers
  • Processing orders ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products, spare parts or services
  • Creating and sending invoices to customers
  • Handling complaints and ensuring customers’ satisfaction
  • Collecting and analyzing customers feedback
  • Providing proactive customer outreach
  • Providing administration and operational support to the Sales Team
