Job description:

In this role you will have multiple tasks regarding daily office jobs as well as involvement in accounting needs of the company. Main responsibility the handling of account receivables and thus daily communication with clients. Also, you will be responsible for the daily company needs and the smooth running of the office.

You will report directly to the office manager.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable (Communication with customers and bank).
  • Responsible for Direct and Indirect Procurement.
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors.
  • Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g., Accounting, sales, HR etc.
  • Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
  • Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
  • Ordering, storing, and distributing office supplies.
  • Arranging post and deliveries.
  • Assist with preparation for annual audits.
  • Perform administrative and other tasks as needed.

Your background:

  • High School diploma/Bachelor’s degree in related field of study or related work experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.
  • MS Office knowledge (Excel and Word essential).
  • SAP/S4HANA will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent teamwork, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to adjust to changes.
