Key Responsibilities:

• Bunker Trading: Execute bunker trading activities, including procurement, sales, and negotiations, while ensuring compliance with international regulations and best industry practices.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze supply and demand dynamics, and make informed decisions to optimize trading strategies and maximize profitability.
• Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of bunker traders, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Risk Management: Implement effective risk management strategies to protect the company's interests in a highly volatile market.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bunker trading with a proven track record of success and strong customer base is a must.
• Strong understanding of the marine fuel industry, including market dynamics, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team.
• Proficiency in risk management and compliance procedures.
