Uniteam Marine is an international ship management organization that provides industry-leading services to ship owners and ship managers across a wide range of countries and jurisdictions.
With immediate effect, They are looking for a Business Development Assistant to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists in the preparation of the annual Business Development Plan in close cooperation with the CCO.
- Arranges appointments with prospects and clients where appropriate.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with customers.
- Assists in the preparation of proposals.
- Carries out background research on areas required by the CCO and presents relevant findings and information gathered.
- Organizes and maintains a diary for the CCO, arranging/accepting meetings/ conference calls and making necessary arrangements (e.g. sending meeting invitations, setting up of meeting venue).
- Undertakes general word processing and excel work and produces documents, briefing papers, reports, power point and other forms of presentations as required.
- Maintains office systems, including data management, filing and document tracking and circulation.
- Attends conferences, exhibitions for networking possibilities as and when required.
- Maintains accurate records of data related to customers and prospects.
Job Requirements
- University Degree in relevant shipping, commercial or business subject.
- 1 year experience in a commercial role in a B2B environment, preferably marine or oil & gas.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, communication (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
