Responsibilities:
- Receive inquiries from customers through email.
- Respond to all customer & suppliers’ general inquiries.
- Handling the requests from the inquiry stage up until the invoicing stage.
- Responsible for the execution and implementation of the complete flow of operations.
- Coordinate suppliers-service providers & customers, through all the sales processes including but not limited to inquiry, quotation, order acknowledgment.
- Creation and control of all manual and electronic filing systems for customer sales cases and all relevant office paperwork.
- Usage of online systems for operations, updates and reporting.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- BSc in Shipping, Maritime, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines will be considered as an advantage.
- Ability and flexibility to work independently and under your own initiative in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
- Analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once.
- Excellent command of MS Office suite with strong ability in creating reports.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of Greek and English language.
