Responsibilities:

  • Receive inquiries from customers through email.
  • Respond to all customer & suppliers’ general inquiries.
  • Handling the requests from the inquiry stage up until the invoicing stage.
  • Responsible for the execution and implementation of the complete flow of operations.
  • Coordinate suppliers-service providers & customers, through all the sales processes including but not limited to inquiry, quotation, order acknowledgment.
  • Creation and control of all manual and electronic filing systems for customer sales cases and all relevant office paperwork.
  • Usage of online systems for operations, updates and reporting.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • BSc in Shipping, Maritime, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines will be considered as an advantage.
  • Ability and flexibility to work independently and under your own initiative in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once.
  • Excellent command of MS Office suite with strong ability in creating reports.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language.
