Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to CEO located in Limassol, Cyprus. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing the director's diary, providing administrative assistance, and utilizing clerical skills to support the director.

Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Diary management skills
  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical skills
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Experience in the marine, offshore, or energy industry is a plus
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years in administrative/executive support roles with increasing responsibilities
  • A Bachelor’s degree would be an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a very high level of accuracy with particular attention to deadlines
  • Excellent English writing, proof reading and editing skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality surrounding company materials and information
  • High English communication skills, judgment and decision-making ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook (especially Excel analysis, Word and Power point)
