This 3–6-month programme is for ambitious young professionals searching for challenging project-based work. By joining this programme, you’ll work with a group-level department on the design and execution of strategic objectives. You’ll be engaged in market research, salary review, data analysis and more. This programme will connect you with our vast network of experts and expose you to BSM’s senior leaders.

You will join the Group Human Resources Shore department.
What will your work responsibilities be?
You will support this strategic department with project work. You will participate in the planning, execution, and implementation of new or existing projects that make a positive impact on our organisation.
- Assist the Group HRS team in research to produce data and statistics on the latest HR trends such as salary benchmarking, rewards and recognition schemes, employee performance and engagement.
- Perform financial research and data analysis and prepare reports for the Management.
- Devise and produce content for a range of different channels (intranet articles, videos, visuals, etc.).
- Take on administrative duties related to various projects, such as our support with HR system enhancements, workflows, tickets.
- Create, maintain, and update the Group HRS department archives with new documentation.
Requirements
All applicants must:
- Have recently graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Analysis, Accounting, Business Administration or Human Resources.
- A previous experience in financial or data analysis and research will be considered an advantage.
- Be fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
- Have strong research, planning and organisation skills.
- Have high academic performance.
- Desire to contribute to global projects that impact the quality of service, work and life of others.
- Be a team player, open-minded and have a positive attitude.
