POSITION DETAILS
The Executive Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the COO and CCO, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of their daily activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to schedule, coordinate, and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing enquiries.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, drafting presentations, and following up on action items.
- Prepare, review and draft reports.
- Assist in the management of special projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and the offshore offices of the Group.
- Handle the travel logistics of the business trips as well as the expense reports.
- Maintain confidential information and files.
- Organize and attend events, meetings, and corporate initiatives such as dinners and lunches as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in executive or administrative roles.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- High level of professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Computer literacy, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (excel).
- Fluency in Greek and English.
