Vacancy: Junior Customer Service Officer, Gulf Oil Marine, Limassol, Cyprus

Job Description

Junior Customer Service Officer role is required to handle all sales support and customer service activities of assigned accounts. The position will be based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

 Attend to general inquiries regarding product availability at all ports  Assist with the order-to-delivery process to ensure smooth completion, including coordination with Sales and Supply Chain team

 Assist Order follow-up activities, including submission of delivery notes for invoicing and outstanding payment monitoring

 Data entry assisting and checking

Education and Experience

 Degree or Diploma holder in Marketing/Supply Chain/Business Studies

 Work Experience in the Marine Industry is advantageous, but not mandatory

 Able to assist for order fulfilment and order management

 Agile, Resourceful, Proactive, Good Communicator

 Excellent both as Team Player as well as an Independent Player

 Proficient in English, both written and spoken
