Intership Navigation Co. Ltd is seeking to recruit an:Â HSSEQ Superintendent
The successful candidate should:
- Have a Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering or Nautical Officer
- 3 years of experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISM, ISPS internal auditor course by recognized body
- Incident Investigation Course by recognized body
- Fluency in both Greek and English languages, written and verbal.
- Be highly organized/ Responsible/ Detail oriented.
- Have the ability to perform under pressure.
- Be computer literate in Office Applications,. AUTOCAD will be considered an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Process and follow up reports from the vessels (i.e. Non-Conformities, Near Misses, Accidents)
- Investigate accidents and prepares incident investigation reports when needed
- Prepares the vessels for PSC inspections and monitor their performance
- Prepare Root Cause analysis reports for findings resulted from shipboard inspections
- Prepare documentation for the vessels (ship specific)
- Be part of the emergency response team of the company
- Run safety campaigns for the fleet and office
- Active members of the company’s internal audit team
- Prepare statistics and propose improvement plans if needed
- Coordinate with the rest of the HSSEQ team for the preparation, submission of the emission reports (IMO-DCS, EU-MRV, Â FUEL EU etc.
- Have daily communication with the vessels and assists crew when needed.
