IT Business Analyst with a focus on application management
Responsibilities:
- Advising service departments to identify their process needs and potential improvements
- Define requirements for modifying existing systems or introducing new solutions
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure they are clear, complete, documented, and processed correctly
- Support in the integration of new technologies into existing processes as well as consulting for new processes
- Support in the development and implementation of PowerBI dashboards and reporting
- Tracking the latest trends and best practices in the fields of work
- Administrative activities in application operation
- Preparation of documentation and training materials, as well as internal workshops to support employees
Your profile:
- You have an apprenticeship or a degree in the field of (business) informatics or have comparable qualifications
- Good understanding of invoice assignment terms, principles, and practices
- Overall understanding of business processes and their interaction with the specialist departments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate new technologies and systems in understandable terminology to specialist departments
- Experience with data warehouse and PowerBI design
- Good knowledge of database system (preferably MySQL)
- Good knowledge of project management and implementation of complex projects
- Ideally, experience in the field of cloud technologies (preferably with Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments)
- You enjoy working in a team and are happy to contribute your ideas and impulses
- Good written and spoken English skills
