MAN Energy Solution Hellas Ltd is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to handle commercial aspects of offer/order and coordinate of spare parts and projects in coordination with Product Canters and local MAN office (IGC). The job requires you to work independently while you have a strong sense of community and can work in teams. The position will be located in Limassol Cyprus.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain optimal relations with Customers, IGCs and Product Center stakeholders
- Business support to Product Centers and IGC on sales development and project implementation
- Quote follow up in communication with Product Centers and IGC.
- Handle urgent quotes/ Coordinate the daily spare parts sales operation / Orders / Shipping process
- Support on campaigns, new sales opportunities and other branding projects in cooperation with IGC and Product Centers
- Participate in Bulk calculations/process- coordinate
- Support on pre- and post-briefing with customer support in connection with customer / IGC / Product Centers visits + country meetings
- Cooperate with MAN Service Coordinator where is needed.
Candidate’s Profile:
- BSC in Maritime Studies, Engineering or Business Studies
- 3 years of experience on similar role or in Marine industry is required.
- Good level of Microsoft office/ IT Skills.
- Excellent command of English language, oral and written. Knowledge of Greek will be considered as an advantage.

- Knowledge of SAP will be considered as an advantage.
