What are we looking for:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Public Tender Specialist to join our Procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing specialized documents and reports related to public tenders, providing recommendations and solutions, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining records in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Monitor and evaluate upcoming public tenders.
· Research, analyse, and understand tender requirements and specifications.
· Prepare and submit required documentation for public tenders and bids.
· Acquire and update all necessary regulatory and administrative documentation.
· Regularly monitoring ongoing tenders, checking for changes and amendments.
· Interact with local authorities.
· Regularly follow changes in tender legislation.
· Participate in and support local regulatory projects.
· Cooperate with other departments and personnel as per internal policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
· Familiar with Tendering Process and prior experience will be considered an advantage.
· Well-developed negotiation skills.
· Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
· Understanding of the laws and disciplinary procedures.
· Organizational and time-management abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong ethics and reliability.
