What are we looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth, develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and manage a portfolio of clients.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the maritime industry.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to management.

· Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and technical support.

· Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.

· Understand customers’ requirements and ensure they are met.

· Monitor the sales team, providing advice and support.

· Report directly to the Director.

Requirements:

· At least 3 years of experience in sales within the maritime industry or related sectors.

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken.

· Strong knowledge of the maritime industry, including key players, market dynamics, and regulations.

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

· Willingness to travel as required.
