Fameline is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their Corporate & Legal department. The successful candidate will work directly under the Legal Director, providing comprehensive corporate support across the group’s various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of resolutions of both directors and shareholders, instruments of transfer of shares, letters of appointment/resignation of directors, waiver letters and/or other relevant corporate documents.
  • Submission of corporate changes and all type of HE forms to the Registrar of Companies.
    Submission and/or update of the details submitted to the UBO Registry.
  • Collection, filing and update of KYC documents and performance of KYC/AML checks.
  • Research and communication with foreign service providers for the registration of foreign companies/branches/representative offices, etc and submission of all relevant information and documentation as needed.
  • Assist with the opening, closing, submission of changes or performing annual reviews of the corporate bank accounts of the Group with local or foreign banks.
  • Registration of newly established companies with Tax authorities and obtaining the TIC and VAT numbers.
  • Maintain, update and file documents both in the e-system and hard-copy filing system of the department.
  • Assist the Group Legal Director with various corporate matters, special projects and administrative duties.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in corporate services.
  • Strong understanding of corporate matters.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and Greek languages.
