Overall Purpose of The Job

  • To maintain up-to-date statutory financial records for the entity and produce the regulatory filings timely and accurately.
  • To assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of financial information requested by the Group Reporting Manager, Financial Controller, Business Unit finance team.

  • Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
  • Provide and review regulatory filings which may be required during legal and financial due diligence
  • Preparing financial statements as required and submitting them to the Directors and relevant authorities in accordance with the local regulations on a timely basis.

Essential

  • Qualified Accountant, either ACA, ACCA, ICAS or CIMA
  • Demonstrated experience and skill with financial reporting preparation (statutory and regulatory filings) and proven ability to translate technical financial data into informative reports.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
  • Effective verbal and written communication, multi- tasking, organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills required
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in Audit and Accounting organisations/practices
  • Ability to work effectively with an ethnically diverse team
  • Ability work and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
