MLV Marine Ltd. (Based in Larnaca) is a Multi Award Winning Global Marine service supplier specialising in Marine Electronic Services (Navigation, Radio & Satellite), Supply of Marine Radio and Navigation equipment and satellite communication equipment.

Due to further expansion, MLV Marine is seeking to recruit an outgoing, dynamic and vibrant service coordinator based in Cyprus (or Overseas depending on the candidate) to join their family on a full-time basis. Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid/on site role (depending on candidate) for a Service Coordinator at MLV Marine. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating Marine equipment services, supply of Marine Electronic Equipment, and providing excellent customer service to clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Service Coordination and Operations Management skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities.
  • Excellent command of the English Language, both written and verbal.
  • Customer Service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely as part of a team and individually.
  • Readiness to work after hours if and when required due to the nature of the Maritime Industry.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in the marine industry is a plus.
  • Experience as a Service Coordinator in any industry is a major advantage.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure all service requests and spare part requests are answered in a timely manner.
  • Compile Estimates, purchase orders, invoices and send to clients.
  • Assess the service needs of clients and provide a suitable solution.
  • Maintain good relationships with service providers, partners and clients to maintain customer base.
  • Arrange flights and liaise with Local Agents to arrange the smooth attendance for Service Engineers.
  • Make Telephone calls and respond to Email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a database of Clients and Clients needs
  • Communicate with colleagues and work in a cooperative manner with colleagues.
  • Ensure each client/partner is given the necessary attention and follow up as expected of a service coordinator.

An attractive remuneration package is offered to the successful candidate including 13th Salary, birthday bonus, annual company events, mobile phone with contract (after probationary period).

If required, Further training, development and mentorship for the successful candidate with the desired attributes will be provided.

There is a 6 month Probationary period.
