Responsibilities:
• Oversee ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate seamless communication and collaboration between departments and external stakeholders.
• Provide after-hours service support on a rotational basis (1 week shifts).
• Monitor performance metrics to optimize operations and achieve company goals.
