InterMaritime Shipmanagement is looking to recruit a dynamic HSSEQ Superintendent to be based at their Limassol Office. The key responsibilities of this role are to implement the International Safety Management (ISM) Code onboard and ashore, ensure compliance with ISM, TMSA/DryBMS, ISO Standards, Company Safety Management System (SMS) and conduct internal audits as well as incident investigations.
The Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Master Mariner/University Degree in Marine Engineering
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISM, ISPS internal auditor
- High sense of professionalism and responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Multitasking skills
- Excellent communication/report writing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative
- Excellent command of the written and spoken English language
- Flexibility to travel frequently worldwide at short notice
