Key responsibilities:
▪️Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date crew records and databases.
▪️Coordinate crew changes, including travel arrangements, visas, and documentation.
▪️Ensure crew certifications, medicals, and training are valid and up to date.
▪️Liaise with manning agents, port agents, and travel agencies to support crewing operations.
▪️Process crew contracts and flag state documents.
▪️Monitor crew compliance with company policies and international regulations (e.g., STCW, MLC).
▪️Provide administrative support to the Crew Manager and other stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
▪️Minimum 2 years’ experience in crew administration or maritime HR role.
▪️Familiar with international maritime regulations (MLC, STCW).
▪️Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
▪️Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
▪️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
▪️Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
