
The successful candidate will join the HR team and support the day-to-day operations of the HR Department.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- University Degree in Human Resources Management or any other related field
- At least 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role
- Solid understanding of Cyprus labour law and HR best practices
- Experience with HRMS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High sense of initiative, professionalism and responsibility
- Discreet with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent command of the written and spoken English language
