Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Limassol, Cyprus. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training to support Raduga Shipping's staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Recruiting and Hiring skills
- Interviewing and Communication skills
- Experience in the maritime or transportation industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
Requirements
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in recruitment, preferably in the maritime, logistics, or offshore industries.
- Knowledge of maritime certifications and licenses
- Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer management.
- Fluent in English and Russian
