The Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for the travel arrangements of our crew members and office staff.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- University degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping, Travel & Tourism Management or any other related field
- Holder of the IATA certificate would be considered an advantage
- At least 3 years of previous experience in Marine Travel
- Knowledge of ticketing and the AMADEUS system
- Be able to provide after-office hours support on rotation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High sense of initiative, professionalism and responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Excellent command of the written and spoken English language
