
Olympia Ocean Carriers, a well-established shipping group based in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Corporate and Finance Administrator to support the corporate, finance, and family office administration and compliance requirements of the Group’s companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day corporate administration of Cyprus and international group companies
- Assistance with the preparation, filing, and monitoring of statutory submissions (HE32, HE24, Annual Returns, UBO updates).
- Assistance with preparation and drafting of Board and Shareholders’ Resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, and corporate approvals.
- Liaising with external parties including lawyers, banks, auditors and authorities.
- Maintenance of statutory records, registers, and organised corporate files (physical and electronic).
- Monitoring statutory deadlines, renewals, and ongoing corporate obligations across the Group.
- Preparation of corporate correspondence, letters, reports, and maintenance of confidential documentation.
- Support with banking, compliance, KYC, and due diligence documentation and follow-ups.
- Assistance with company incorporations, restructurings, share capital changes, and group reorganisations.
- Ad-hoc support to management, including errands, basic research, and organisational tasks.
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-4 years’ experience in corporate administration / corporate services (shipping, corporate audit office or group structures preferred).
- Good knowledge or experience of Cyprus Companies Law will be considered as advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple entities.
- Excellent command of Greek and English.
- Very good MS Office skills.
