  • Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the executive team.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Handle incoming communication and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site Assistant / Office Administrator role located in Limassol. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and managing the day-to-day operations of our office. Specifically, the role entails maintaining the office's cleanliness and tidiness, coordinating office supplies and bills, and providing administrative support to other departments as required. The Assistant / Office Administrator will also assist with the implementation of new office procedures and training programs, ensuring that they comply with the company's established guidelines and regulations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with stakeholders across and outside of the company.


  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably in the shipping or maritime industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
