OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Working under the guidance of the Health & Wellbeing Services Manager, the job holder will be responsible for the coordination and service delivery, including but not limited to Medical Advisory, Mental Health Support, Nutrition Consultancy, Public Health Support, Medical Chest Management and Drug & Alcohol Testing programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential:
- Degree in Maritime studies or similar.
- Adequate experience in shipping with an understanding of maritime health and wellbeing services.
- Strong computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Prompt communicator, with very good interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
- Highest personal integrity standards, a positive outlook and be self-motivated to develop & succeed.
- A good command of the English language, both written and oral.
Desirable:
- Proven working experience in management of maritime medical services (Medical Advisory, Mental Health, Medical Chest Management and Medical Operations).
