Join Our Team as a Recruitment Officer!

Are you an experienced and dynamic individual ready to take on the exciting challenge of shaping our talent acquisition strategy?

River Hospitality is the market leader in Europe for hospitality services on river cruise ships. We handle over 50 passenger ships on European waterways. We are actively seeking for a Recruitment Officer to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus. If you are a confident interviewer, analytical thinker, and have a background in Recruiting or Hospitality, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities and Duties:

 Act as a point of contact for agents and direct applicants
 Fill all vacancies with suitable candidates within targeted timeframes.
 Source and attract candidates using various channels such as agent databases, referrals,
networks, social media, etc.
 Monitor responses to vacancies and ensure all CVs are screened.
 Conduct interviews, assessing candidates knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
 Implement and maintain the overall recruiting strategy in collaboration with the Recruitment Manager.
 Ensure a smooth and timely administration of the recruitment process.
 Provide well-documented reports for analysis.


 Working experience in Recruiting or Hospitality Industry
 Knowledge and understanding of various Hotel positions, experience in river ship industry is an advantage.
 Fluent in English (spoken and written); German language proficiency is an advantage.
 Proficient use of Microsoft Office (ECDL Advanced Level).
 Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.)
 Confidence to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong analytical thinking skills when searching for candidates in open positions.

 Flexible start of the day (8:00 am to 9:00 am) and end of the day (5:00 pm to 6:00 pm)
