One Tech Ltd is looking for an Accounting Operation Executive to join their Group.
Job Function:
Responsible for the smooth operations, customers follow up and stock administration.
Minimum Requirements:
University or College Degree (Bachelor).
Previous experience in Shipping.
Accounting knowledge.
English literate.
Main tasks:
To issue the invoice for finished cases.
To chase the subcontractors for the final invoices if the case was subcontracted.
To receive continuous updates from Navision for Stock levels.
To inform the Manager once stock levels are low in the form of an Alert.
To advise the relevant warehouse stock keeper of order which is to be delivered to their location.
To track the order until it is received at our warehouse.
To receive confirmation from Stock keeper of the items which have beenreceived (waybill in).
To enter the items as stock in Navision.
