REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. UNIVERSITY DIPLOMA IN NAVAL ARCHITECTURE, or
2. UNIVERSITY DIPLOMA IN MARINE ENGINEERING, or
3. DIPLOMA OF CAPTAIN FIRST CLASS MERCHANT NAVY WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS (MASTER), or
4. FIRST CLASS MERCHANT MARINE SHIP ENGINEER DIPLOMA WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS (CHIEF ENGINEER).
