The Crewing System Superintendent will ideally be very conversant with Adonis HR and have solid project management experience.
• Oversees the implementation, modification, enhancement, support, and decommissioning of new or existing business application programs/software
• Consults with stakeholders to gather and define departmental requirements
• Liaises with system providers, internal departments and streamlines communication between various stakeholders
• Analyzes the business requirement versus the functional and systems requirements and drive the necessary procedures
• Configures and implements new systems and/or enhances existing systems;
• Writes and executes test plans; troubleshoots and resolves system issues;
• Develops and generates reports to indicate business-related data for strategic decision-making
• Receives and prioritizes the inquiries related to daily tasks/system functions and processes the same based on urgency levels
• Writes and maintains program documentation/manuals
• Delivers training and guidance to end users onboard and ashore
• Creates standardized work flows for users
• Manages project implementation plans and timelines
• Manages project implementation against allocated budgets
• Makes data driven suggestions for optimization
• Travels as imposed by business needs, including onboard visits
