Job Position Summary
The Account Assistant is responsible to assist the team on all the admin factors related to invoices and Accounts Payable.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Cash Calls preparations
• Ledger Reconciliations
• Supporting vouchers preparations
• Portage bills posting
• Documents uploading in various platforms
• Various other tasks based on requirements of department
Job Experience and Qualifications
• Accounts Payable and ERP Knowledge
• Working experience of Oracle financials highly preferred
• Previous working experience will be considered as an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibilities and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in written and spoken English
