Due to the growth and expansion, EPSILON is looking for an additional Crewing Operations Manager who will be based in their Limassol office.
The successful candidate will lead a team of Crew Operators and serve Principals’ crewing needs in coordination with our branch offices abroad.
Overall, an ideal candidate is expected to possess the following characteristics:
- Minimum 5 years’ crewing experience in a shipping or crew management company
- Fluent use of English and Greek (interviews will be conducted in both languages)
- Seafaring experience as a senior Engine or Deck Officer
- Advanced communication skills
- Ability to travel
We particularly welcome applications from candidates with an Engine Department/Technical background as this group is currently less represented in our team.
The postholder will be reporting directly to the Top Management and will belong to the senior management of Epsilon.
