Elite Blue Group (Fameline) is looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional to join us as a Technical Support Officer in Limassol.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in sales activities by promoting technical equipment.
- Receive requests and enquiries from customers through various means.
- Handle cases from the enquiry stage up to invoicing.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve the team targets.
Main requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or in a relevant technical field.
- Experience in shipping, in a technical department, will be considered as an advantage.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail.
- Very good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Technology savvy – proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with an ability to adapt to new software.
- Excellent multitasking skills, with an ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience, including 13th and 14thsalary.
